SCHEDULED BANDWIDTH ON DEMAND' SERVICE FOR INTERNET LEASED LINES
(Currently available for existing ILL Subscribers upto 1Mbps Only)

You will place your requests through Internet - No manual interaction is required for ordering
You can check what you will pay for the requested Bandwidth before submitting the request
You can view your usage patterns at any time on 'History' page
You can review your requests for cancellations and extensions at any time on 'History' page
You will be managing your own account - username and password access to the site
You will pay for the usage of higher bandwidth in next immediate monthly bills

 TERMS OF USAGE FOR THIS SERVICE:
  1. The Requested Bandwidth up gradation shall happen at VSNL end. Prearranging the corresponding increase / matching of the bandwidth on Local Loop is the sole responsibility of the Customer.


  2. The Advance Schedule shall reach VSNL two calendar days before the scheduled change of bandwidth.


  3. VSNL shall have the right to deny the request without any notice in case of any major technical problem. The same will be intimated to the customer through and email.


  4. The contact details provided in the Registration Form will be used for all communication between Customer and VSNL. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform VSNL of any change in the registration details to update in the Customer Profile.


  5. The customer requires to pay One Time Registration Fee post successful registration the same will be included in his next immediate bill.


  6. The Minimum period for which the Bandwidth upgrade can be requested is 7 Days.


  7. The Maximum period for which the Bandwidth upgrade can be requested is 1 month. However customer can place a new request everymonth or can extend his old request upto 30 days.


  8. The maximum bandwidth upgrade requested by the customer is 100% over the current (existing) bandwidth.


  9. While in active status, if there is any recorded technical problem on VSNL side, the request will be treated with the SLA of the product on which the request has been raised.


  10. In case of cancellation of request from VSNL side, the same would not be charged.


  11. The bandwidth up gradations will be charged at the bill amount shown by the 'Bill Calculator' on the Schedule Request Form. (post login)


  12. In case of any contradiction in meaning of terms used, the terms and conditions mentioned in 'Terms and Conditions' shall supersede.


  13. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining access to his account. VSNL shall extend all its cooperation for doing so.


  14. Registration fo the service shall take upt 7 working days subject to techinical feasibility from the external parties involved.
